A special feature of the programme is the individual design of the course and the group-wide employment both at home and abroad. This is based on your skills and the development of your interests during the programme. For this purpose, you will be supervised throughout the whole time by your own personal mentor and the contact partners from the central Personnel Development Department. The Trainee Programme will give you a unique insight into the varied world of the TÜV NORD GROUP.
From the very beginning, you will work under your own responsibility, taking an active part in the project work. Take part in shaping the innovations of the TÜV NORD companies, and through your dedication achieve sustainable successes for the company group and for yourself. You will also benefit from the possibility of working in promising future task areas, getting to know interesting people all over the world and making valuable contacts.

Course of the Trainee Programme
As diverse as your tasks
As a university graduate, you will have the possibility with the Trainee Programme of putting your specialist and management skills to the best possible use within the TÜV NORD GROUP. The course covers three phases:
In the starting phase you will get to know the companies of the TÜV NORD GROUP. You will familiarise yourself with the business areas, and learn everything about the structures and processes within the group. This knowledge will provide you with the most important basics for the following extension phase. Here you will familiarise yourself intensively with selected departments, and be involved in actual projects. In the subsequent integration phase you will focus on your intended area of specialisation. You will implement your own projects independently and take over responsibility for task areas.
During the complete Trainee Programme, you will be supervised by your own personal mentor and contact partners for specialist questions within the individual company departments and group companies. The programme will be directed and controlled by the central Personnel Development Department of the TÜV NORD GROUP.
