- Evaluation of the QM manual in terms of the DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. series of standards and authorization (pre-audit)
- Test phase for checking the feasibility of the QM manual
- Internal audit
- Certification audit (basis: DIN EN ISO 9001)
- Checking of the audit protocols by the certification centre
There are regular internal audits following the issue of the certificate. In addition, there is an annual quality report and an annual audit. The certificate is valid for 3 years.
