Seminar for trainers: Motivating and leading trainees
The TÜV NORD Academy "Managing and motivating trainees" seminar teaches the knowledge and methods of modern training practices.
The two-day seminar is targeted at trainers and training officers. It takes place on April 27/28, 2009 at the TÜV NORD Academy centre in Hanover and on June 25/26, 2009 at the TÜV NORD Academy centre in Hamburg. This seminars is designed to enable trainers and training officers to motivate trainees and improve their performance. In addition to using modern training concepts and handling conflict situations, the seminar agenda includes developing key qualifications and competent negotiating skills.
