Project controlling

Always maintain the overview

Large IT projects bring special risks. These risks can be reduced if the customer and contractor make these risks known and actively consider them in the project planning. In doing this, it is often helpful if the structures and the progress of the project are observed from outside. TÜViT uses its project controlling to ensure that the project's processes are more transparent to all of the participants and that the progress is regularly assessed by an independent source.

Our services in detail:

  • Independent quality assurance
  • Controlled change management
  • Checking the project's progress and comparing it to the planned objectives
  • Project management support in controlling the project

Our procedure:

  • Initial review of the project plan
  • On-going setpoint-to-actual check of the contextual and chronological milestones
  • Regular project reviews
  • Participation in project control meetings
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the internal QA measures
  • Regular reporting to the customer
  • Recommendations to the customer for improvements when quality is lacking or deadlines are not met
  • Risk management by means of recording the existing risks, ongoing monitoring of the risks and planning of measures for minimizing them
