Talking provides support
This exchange between management and the employees takes place once annually. It serves both sides: Supervisors get important information for performing their management tasks and for acting in a team-oriented manner. Employees get a site assessment. They can assess themselves and their work and the results will be fairly critiqued according to fixed criteria. Employees should also give their supervisors feedback, telling them how well they performed their management tasks.
Another goal of the discussions is to plan further professional development and indiviaul advancement. The feelings that our employees have for TÜV NORD as an employer should be just as solid as our services.
