Specialist Conference 2016 on Labour Law
In 2016 companies will again be confronted by new challenges and changes in labour law. Current topics are: Service and work contracts in relation to labour law, working time legislation and its optimum organisation, new minimum wages and the new AU certificate. Topics such as change management in company restructuring as well as compliance remain permanently active.
In addition to the new practice-relevant decisions handed down by courts from the individual labour courts up to the Federal Labour Court, also the decisions of the European Court become ever more relevant. Hence, knowledge and compliance with the new statutory provisions as well as the judicial decisions and case law are essential for the strategic course to be set in the companies and their sustained success.
Board members, managing directors, heads of personnel and management personnel can only arrive at resilient and legally watertight decisions, if they are always also aware of the current labour law framework conditions. Legal infringements and incorrect instructions by management personnel may cause enormously high economic costs for companies.
