The Cluster Meeting South East Europe took place in Vienna in the last week of October. This was the 6th such meeting since the start of the OBS structure within BU IS, and for the first time 19 participants representing all PCs took part. A particularly warm welcome was given to Jonathan Oliver, the new managing director of South Africa.
The meeting started with the updates from all PCs on key figures, facts and "whats new". Vasiliki Kazazi, Cluster Manager South East Europe within OBS Food joined as a guest and gave a presentation on synergies and cooperation opportunities between OBS SC and OBS Food. Afterwards, Christiane Steinkämper from International Sales & Marketing department presented the Innovation Management, with focus on processes and SharePoint.
The second day was devoted to workshops on three important topics for the region: Travel in depth (workshop leader Ioannis Economidis, TÜV HELLAS), Social Audits (workshop leader Martin Saalmann, TÜV NORD CERT) and 2nd Party Audits (workshop leader Krunoslav Boban, TÜV Croatia).
