The mark of trust for vehicle workshops
Which workshop can I trust when it comes to my car? Which one offers professional repairs with friendly service at a fair price? Many drivers find it difficult to decide and tend to be mistrustful of workshops in general. Certification by TÜV NORD CERT with the “Tested service and repair quality” test mark provides evidence of trustworthiness at a glance.
Certification for tied and general workshops
Certification is directed at vehicle workshop system providers and dealership groups and also at vehicle workshops themselves – both those that are dedicated to a particular marque and those that work on a more general basis. Our test procedure also offers insurance companies an opportunity to consider service agreements with partner workshops and the adjustment of claims more closely. Assessment of workshop service, which takes place during an on-site audit, is based on criteria such as willingness to enter into dialogue with the customer, order fulfilment, treatment of customers and reaction to complaints. On the other hand, repair quality, technical facilities and equipment and also error-free performance of service and repair work are assessed using hidden tests and customer questionnaires.
Support in raising quality
Certification and the well-respected TÜV test mark do not only benefit workshops in their relationships with customers: voluntary assessment according to the TÜV NORD standard also provides information regarding current performance and reveals how internal procedures and the services on offer can be further improved.
