Dr. Oetker wants to further expand the international market and will open its first plant in Mexico in the near future. The first certification audits will be carried out by Mr. Eck from Germany in order to use his many years of experience with the company in Germany. Gradually, audits can also be handed over to the local auditors of TÜV NORD.
