Dear colleagues,

The Corona virus has also demanded a lot from us in 2021. Despite the isolation, we have managed to think and work across country, business unit and even hierarchical boundaries. Our international HR PEOPLE program is a successful example of interdisciplinary and agile cooperation. This has created valuable networks from which we will benefit both today and in the future.

As a OneHR community, we want to continue to shape and drive our common future.

For this year's OneHR Convention, we have put together a diverse and entertaining program. In particular, we used the event to showcase and celebrate our successes - the results of the 18 PEOPLE projects. At the same time, we further strengthened our networking in the form of workshops and benefited from each other's experiences and ideas.

Impulse lectures on the topic of transformation and the awarding of the winning team Leading by Example were further components of the event.
