Our OBS is in operation for a good six months now and already after this short time, a great synergy potential regarding cooperation between the individual companies becomes apparent. 107 locations, nearly 1,000 employees, 3,000 internal and external auditors and 54,550 certificates form a very promising framework. It has become clear that we are more successful together than individually, both in the joint sales approach as well as for increasing digitalization of business processes.
Results above plan
The latest numbers of the OBS System Certification speak for themselves: With a turnover of 50.6 Mio. € (Jan to Jun cumulated), a profit of 5.6 Mio. € and a growth rate of more than 9 % (compared to previous year) we are better than planned and successful in the business.
Group-wide contentedness
From the overall point of view of TÜV NORD a positive conclusion is drawn, as has also recently been announced by the Group Executive Board in their letter to the staff. Cross-divisional cooperation opens new perspectives for our group, strengthens our attractiveness to customers and has already led to numerous specific orders. The plan is to build further on this positive trend in future. At the executive meeting in June, the ideas for the future for TÜV NORD Group were discussed. Key results are: We will place even more emphasis on the customer for all our activities and build on our established brand message of safety, independence, know-how and trust.
