TÜV NORD is accredited by the Federal Network Agency as a conformity assessment body in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) sector under the registration number BNetzA-CAB-13/21-08/3. The recognition as a conformity assessment body (CAB) in relation to electromagnetic compatibility within the framework of the agreement existing between the European Community and the United States of America is at the same time the prerequisite for the recognition of the test report at the FCC and the execution of approvals of telecommunications equipment and installations in the USA.
