Manufacturers or operators of safety-related systems or components must prove whether the functional safety of their devices and systems is fulfilled. To this end, requirements are placed on safety management and the respective phases of the safety life cycle. TÜV NORD SysTec examines and assesses this as an independent testing centre. In doing so, we are guided by industry-specific normative requirements such as IEC 61508, IEC 61511, ISO 26262, IEC 61800-5-2, EN 50126 etc.. These require needs-based, process-oriented quality management to ensure that the product life cycle of safety-related systems or components is guaranteed and economically optimised.
