Emission declarations are key instruments in environmental management that oblige companies to document and disclose their pollutant emissions. They promote transparency and help to comply with legal requirements. By systematically recording emissions, companies can monitor their environmental impact and develop targeted measures to reduce it.
According to the 11th BImSchV, an emissions declaration must be submitted every 4 years for certain installations or parts of installations requiring authorisation. We provide support in the preparation of emission declarations and in entering them in BUBE-Online (operational environmental data reporting). The country-specific regulations for implementation are observed.
We also provide support in compiling the documentation for reporting in accordance with the UNECE PRTR Protocol. Details on this are regulated in the EU by Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006.
The IED report includes information on compliance with best available techniques (BAT), emission limit values and other environmentally relevant data. It relates to reporting under the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (2010/75/EU), which aims to minimise pollution from industrial activities.
