TÜV NORD UMWELTSCHUTZ
As an accredited measuring body, TÜV NORD Umweltschutz offers noise assessements as part of urban land-use planning. We support you competently with reliable noise forecasts.
In urban development planning, the proximity of residential areas to commercial or industrial facilities, sports or leisure facilities and transport routes can lead to conflicts in relation to noise emissions. The aim of modern urban land-use planning in accordance with DIN 18005 is to prevent conflicts at an early stage. By implementing graduated levels of use in commercial and industrial areas, targeted measures on plants and buildings as well as adjustments to sound propagation paths a high level of compatibility between different uses is achieved.
