System QM

Target group

System QM is aimed at outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation facilities as well as inpatient care facilities that must provide evidence of a recognised quality management system in accordance with the German Social Code. These facilities benefit from certification in accordance with the QM system, which fully fulfils the requirements of the Federal Association for Rehabilitation (BAR) and is compatible with ISO 9001.

The path to TÜV NORD certification

Certification by TÜV NORD is carried out exclusively by experienced auditors with extensive knowledge of the industry. In addition to a document review, it also includes an on-site audit by TÜV NORD auditors who have been demonstrably trained in the QM system.
Once the audit has been passed, the certificate is issued and the successfully passed certification is sent to the Federal Working Group for Rehabilitation for inclusion of the rehabilitation centre in the list of certified inpatient rehabilitation centres.
Once the certificate has been issued, annual surveillance audits follow. The certificate is valid for three years.
