ENV03.01 - Avoidance of facilities and storage sites with dust emissions, pollutant emissions, or pollutant releases

A minimum distance of 1 km is maintained between the data centre and potential sources of pollution in the main wind direction. Effects on more distant facilities (up to 10 km) are analysed and, in the event of hazards, structural, technical and/or organisational measures are implemented to minimise risks.

C: Implementation is as described in the text above.

The "C" at Level 2 was set incorrectly. The requirement only applies to levels 3 and 4.

POW01.02 - Power is supplied via primary and secondary sources

Supplies from the public grid and emergency power systems (EPS) are accepted as power sources. The network characteristics of EN 50160 are observed. The lines of the primary and secondary supply are routed on separate paths or with special protection against external influences up to the common connection. The secondary supply is independent of the primary supply.

B: Implementation is as described above in the text.

C: The secondary supply is based on a different technology to the primary supply.

The first line of the description has not been printed.

DDC02.04 - ENV: Level of site risks at individual sites

Each data centre must fulfil all other criteria at a minimum level, with the exception of a maximum of one criterion.

B: The minimum level per site is level 2.

C: The minimum level per site is level 3.

This criterion does not apply to dual-site level 2. The "B" in DDC Level2 was set incorrectly.

DDC08.02 - POW: Secondary power supply

Reference: POW01.04. At least one of the two data centres fulfils individual level 3 and therefore has a stationary emergency power system.

C: Implementation as described in the text above.

The "C" belongs in the DDC level 3 column and the text also refers to individual level 3.

DDC08.03 - POW: NEA supply

Reference: POW10.xx. At least one of the two data centres fulfils the NEA requirements in individual level 3 with the stationary emergency power system.

C: Implementation as described above in the text.

The "C" belongs in the DDC level 3 column and the text also refers to individual level 3.
