TSI.INTENSIVE Trainings

As a supplement to the three-day TSI.PROFESSIONAL training, TÜV NORD offers one-day TSI.INTENSIVE training courses on the topics of refrigeration supply (ACV), power supply (POW), fire detection and extinguishing technology (FIR)/safety systems and organisation (SEC) and EN 50600 & ISO 22237 (EN/ISO). The modules are to be understood as an extension of the TSI.PROFESSIONAL training, but are designed in such a way that they can be booked separately. The intensive modules include an in-depth examination of the individual criteria/requirements, supply concepts depending on the level and availability class for implementation in practice.

• Data centre planners, consultants and general contractors
• Architecture and TGA engineering firms involved in the planning and construction of high-availability data centres
• Operators and users of critical data centre infrastructures
• Employees of compliance departments
• Technicians in companies who are entrusted with highly available site infrastructures

Each training module can be completed with an optional examination. If a TSI.PROFESSIONAL status has already been awarded and the examination for the intensive module has also been successfully completed, the TSI.PROFESSIONAL will receive an additional award, which will then be indicated on the website. The validity of the additional award is linked to the TSI.PROFESSIONAL status, which is generally valid for 24 months and can be extended by 24 months via the TSI.PROFESSIONAL update training. In addition, each participant also receives a certificate of attendance (with or without an examination endorsement).

TÜV NORD awards the additional status if the participant fulfils the following personal requirements:

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in the data centre environment (e.g. as a data centre planner, data centre consultant, data centre operator, or similar) in the relevant technical trades of energy supply or refrigeration and air conditioning technology; informative CV (with relevant proof of qualifications and/or experience) must be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the start of the training,
• Participation in the commissioned TSI.INTENSIVE training course,
• Successful completion of the assigned examination (this is taken online via the e-learning platform within 3 days of completing the training (or by arrangement). Participants receive a time-limited access link and then have time to answer the questions.

TSI.PROFESSIONAL Update Training

The "TSI.PROFESSIONAL" status is valid for 24 months and can be extended for a further 24 months as part of a one-day TSI.PROFESSIONAL update training course. Become. The update training takes place on two dates per year.

The content of each update training course is always planned and developed individually. The level of knowledge of the participants (from the last TSI.PROFESSIONAL (update) training) is taken into account as far as possible.
