As part of our workshop, we will familiarise you with the assessment and certification of alarm receiving centres in accordance with EN 50518 and technical control centres in accordance with TSA.STANDARD. The basis for this is our proven TSA methodology (TSA: Trusted Site Alarm Receiving Center), which takes into account all technical, operational and organisational requirements of the European standard EN 50518.
During the workshop, we will present our TSA.STANDARD criteria catalogue, its requirements, evaluation aspects and associated test procedures in detail, thus optimally preparing you for an upcoming testing and certification process. You will also receive an initial assessment of the certifiability or conformity of your alarm receiving centre, security centre or emergency call control centre as well as information on possible deviations from the test criteria and existing documentation.
Of course, you will always have the opportunity to ask any project-specific questions you may have.
The workshop provides comprehensive clarity about the standards and test specifications for alarm receiving centres and technical control centres, such as DIN EN 50518 and the TÜV NORD criteria catalogue TSA.STANDARD. Participants learn about the test procedures, assessment aspects and requirements for various security categories. When testing or certifying existing facilities, they will receive an initial assessment of certifiability and information on possible deviations from the test criteria following an inspection. The workshop answers project-specific questions, discusses the next steps and provides material for the next steps. At the end, the participants know how their facility is categorised with regard to the safety requirements. The workshop is flexible and can be conducted both in person and remotely, perfectly tailored to your needs.
No, the workshop is optional for certification, e.g. to EN 50518 or TSA. However, it offers you numerous advantages and optimally prepares you and your project team for an upcoming test or certification.
The workshop is aimed at planners, installers and operators of alarm receiving centres (AES), security centres, technical control centres and similar facilities.
While traditional seminars usually convey purely theoretical content, this workshop combines practical examples, individual assessments and direct preparation for upcoming audit processes. You will learn how your facility is classified on the basis of specific test criteria and receive helpful tips for possible optimisations - both technical and organisational.
