Bus inspection

Customised buses and manual production make quality control more difficult, particularly in the case of electric buses. TÜV NORD Mobilität uses a web-based solution to check vehicle quality during production.

Independently verified bus quality – safety and transparency throughout production and delivery

The bus industry is growing rapidly – particularly in the field of electric and alternative propulsion technologies. At the same time, demands for quality, compliance with specifications and production transparency are increasing in a globalised market. An objective assessment by a neutral expert is crucial, particularly for bespoke buses.

For both customers and operators, it is important to have insight into the specifications and actual production quality at all times – both during manufacture and prior to acceptance.

For manufacturers, transparent quality assurance means being able to have their processes and results independently verified in order to build trust with clients and suppliers.

In both cases, a neutral testing and inspection body establishes clear facts, minimises risks and lays a solid foundation for decision-making.
