Endurance Testing / Cyclic Testing / Mechanical Durability Testing Examinations based on
DIN 4102-18
DIN EN 1191
DIN EN 12605
DIN EN 12604

The separate, video-monitored endurance test halls offer sufficient space to carry out several endurance tests on test specimens simultaneously.
For this purpose, the test specimens are generally mounted in mobile interchangeable frames with a clear opening of up to 5.0 m x 5.0 m.
Furthermore, test rigs are available for gates and conveyor systems and their end sections (conveyor system end sections) up to maximum dimensions of (W x H) 25.00 m x 4.50 m and 20.00 m x 6.00 m respectively.
Special sizes can also be accommodated on request.
The purpose of the standardised tests is to verify the durability of the self-closing mechanism (endurance tests). In these tests, the test specimens are subjected to a specified number of opening and closing cycles. The number of cycles depends on the target class or the national requirements.
