Dear Readers,
there has been lot to report on from OBS system certification over the past few months. The Asia and Americas clusters are under new management, the new office in Singapore is about to become fully operational and we were able to conclude a cooperation agreement with JQA. A lot has also happened in the PD Groups. New groups have been added and others are under new management. You will find this and further information in the new edition of our newsletter.

New management for cluster ASIA and AMERICAS
